Since 2007 the Zederal Reserve has been dedicated to creating banking instruments that are not based on numbers (non-quantifiable). Its primary goal is to cater to the research and development of interpreting or making value in other forms than the traditional idea of numbers going up or down.

It is also the central bank for all of the Z Exchanges. It is therefore responsable for maintaining , creating, and regulating all of the monetary systems of the Z Exchanges that don't use numbers. The bank also serves as the communications space for analysis and information concerning every part of the Z Exchanges.
